There are three components of the executive track: executive certification, consulting projects, and exclusive networking opportunities. Young professionals identified as high performing individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential will be invited to apply either as an individual member or through their affiliation with an organization that is a member of Accelerate Delaware. They will be afforded exclusive opportunities to communicate their professional goals and expertise statement to potential employers and partners during private networking events hosted for cohort members. Accelerate Delaware will develop partnerships with organizations in Delaware from various sectors and industries to place consultants within their organization for project-based work experiences. More than an internship, young professionals will serve as consultants in order to gain project management experience and work autonomously to complete a task that their host organization may not currently have the budget or capacity to otherwise complete.
